When it is completely melted, add the 100 g of brown sugar, the 125 g of cream (whipped cream), and the teaspoon of salt.
Mix all the ingredients and keep simmering until boiling.
After this, bring your caramel to medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
After this time you should remove from the heat and add the teaspoon of vanilla and let it warm.
Milkshake:
In your blender, add the milk and the two tablespoons of Choco Choco®.
Mix until both ingredients are incorporated.
When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the 400 g of vanilla ice cream and the caramel.
You should mix until you get a creamy mixture. I recommend you taste the mix before serving. If you want a lighter shake, add a little more milk, but if you want to intensify the caramel flavor, add a few more drops.
If you want to surprise your children with a super cold drink, place the glasses or glass containers in the freezer for about 15 min.
When the containers are sufficiently cold, proceed to serve the milkshake and decorate with a little whipped cream, caramel, walnuts, almonds, anything!
