🍫 THE VIRAL “CROOKIE”? WE MADE IT OUR WAY: COONCHIE! This día de muertos couldn’t get any better.
Because why stop at croissant… when you’ve got concha and pan de muerto? 👀✨

RECIPE:
We started by making the cookie dough with chunks of Chocolate Ibarra tablet (because flavor matters).
Then we added dough right on top and inside the concha , and yes, we tried it with pan de muerto too.

Bake it until golden, melty, and slightly crispy on the edges…
and just like that, you’ve got the most mexi-delicious version of the trend: the COONCHIE 🇲🇽🍪

FINAL TOUCH:
Best enjoyed dipped in a mug of hot Chocolate Ibarra because some things just belong together. ☕️❤️

PUMPKIN SPICE HOT CHOCOLATE 🎃🍫✨
Fall season calls for cozy mugs and bold flavor.
Here’s how to make yours at home:

Ingredients

* 2 cups milk (or any milk alternative)
* ½ cup pumpkin purée
* 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice)
* 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
* 1 tablet (or 3 tbsp granulated) Chocolate Ibarra

Preparation

* In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat.
* Add pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin spice—stir until smooth.
* Drop in the Chocolate Ibarra and whisk until fully melted.
* Pour into your favorite mug, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Sip, savor, repeat. 🍂☕

PAN DE MUERTO WITH CHOCOLATE IBARRA FROM SCRATCH ✨
Because Día de Muertos deserves to be celebrated the sweetest way possible. 🕯️💐
The season is almost here, and there’s no better way to get ready than by baking your own Pan de Muerto at home.

INGREDIENTS – Bread

* 4 cups all-purpose flour
* ½ cup sugar
* 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast
* ½ cup warm milk
* ½ cup butter (softened)
* 4 eggs
* 1 tsp orange blossom water (or orange zest)
* Pinch of salt

PREPARATION – Bread

* Mix yeast + warm milk + 1 tbsp sugar. Let it rest until foamy.
* In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, orange blossom water, and yeast mix. Knead until smooth.
* Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours.
* Shape into a round loaf. Add the iconic “bone” strips on top.
* Let rise again for 1 hour.
* Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 min until golden.
* Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top.

THE CHOCOLATE IBARRA FILLING 🍫

* ½ cup butter
* 1 cup Chocolate Ibarra (chopped)

Melt butter and Chocolate Ibarra baño maría style until creamy and smooth. Slice your Pan de Muerto in half and spread the chocolate filling generously inside.

☕ Pair with hot chocolate for the ultimate Día de Muertos feast.
