Chocolate Shake

INGREDIENTS
1 glass of milk of your preference
1 cup of ice cubes
2 tablespoons (25 g) of Ibarra Finely Ground Chocolate

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the milk, the ice, and the Ibarra Finely Ground Chocolate in a blender.
2. Mix at high velocity for one minute, or until the ice is completely crushed.
3. Serve in a tall glass and decorate with Ibarra Finely Ground Chocolate and your favorite toppings.
4. Enjoy!

Ibarra Steaming Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons of Ibarra Finely Ground Table Chocolate
1 tablespoon of boiling water
1/2 cup of hot milk of your preference
1/2 cup of steamed milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Place two tablespoons of Ibarra Finely Ground Table Chocolate into a cup.
2. Add one tablespoon of boiling water and stir until all the chocolate is well integrated, and you get a thick mix.
3. Add 1/2 cup of hot mil of your preference and stir until you see an even color.
Add 1/2 of steam milk and enjoy!

Choco Bombs

INGREDIENTS

340 g of semi-bitter chocolate to melt
100 g of Chocolate Powder Choco Choco® or 100 g of Finely Ground Ibarra Chocolate®️
1 cup mini marshmallows
6 cups of your preferred milk
Cinnamon (Optional)
Half sphere shaped silicone mold

For decoration:

Sparks of colors
White or dark chocolate chips
Liquid chocolate
Edible glitter

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the 340 g of chocolate to melt in a container. You can melt it in a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals.
2. When the chocolate is completely melted, you will proceed to pour it into the silicone mold. Pour little by little and turn until the entire mold is covered. Before putting it in the refrigerator, remove all the excess chocolate. Once the mold is clean, place it in the freezer for 3 minutes. We will repeat this step until we have all the spheres.
3. After the 3 minutes in the freezer, check that your spheres are firm. They must be firm, or the spheres will crack when you try to remove them from the mold.
4. Grab a sphere and fill it with a tablespoon of Choco Choco® Powdered Chocolate or 100 g of Finely Ground Ibarra Chocolate®️ and place the mini marshmallows. You can add colored sprinkles and edible decorations to create delicious experiences.
5. Once the half-sphere is filled, heat a plate and pass the edge of the sphere to seal. It should only be a few seconds to prevent it from melting completely.
6. Now the fun begins! You can take some melted chocolate to create shapes in your sphere. Add sprinkles, edible diamond. If you want to give it a more gourmet touch, you can decorate with small pieces of almond, pistachio, or walnut.
