Choco Choco™ and oats milkshake

INGREDIENTS
8 Oz of your preferred milk
2 tablespoons of Choco Choco™
1 banana
1 tablespoon of oats
4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
2. Mix for 25 seconds to achieve a soft and frothy texture
3. Serve in a tall glass and decorate with some banana slices
4. Enjoy a delicious and healthy drink!

Churros filled with dulce de leche

INGREDIENTS

Cooking oil
8 Oz of water
2 Oz of soft butter
1 pinch of salt
4 Oz of flour
3 eggs
1 Oz of sugar
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

For the filling:
3 Oz of dulce de leche (caramel filling)
1 Oz of Choco Choco™
Cornstarch (optional)

DIRECTIONS

For the dough:
1.- Bring the water, butter, and salt to high heat. Incorporate the flour with the help of a wooden spoon.
2.- Lower the heat and continue stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3.- Remove the mixture from the heat, and add the eggs one by one.
4.- Remove the mixture from the heat, and add the eggs one by one. Heat the oil, and with the help of a star-tipped piping bag, make the churros of the size you like best (large spiral or small sticks) and remove until they are well cooked.
5.- When removing the churros from the pan, place them on a plate with absorbent paper to extract the excess oil.

For the filling:
1.- Mix on low heat the dulce de leche (caramel filling) and the Choco Choco™ powder

2.- If necessary, add a tablespoon of cornstarch to give it greater density.

3.- With a small piping bag, fill the churros with the Chococajeta (the Choco Choco™ and dulce de leche mix).

4.- Let cool and enoy!

Malteada Choco Choco® con caramelo

INGREDIENTS:

Caramel syrup:
100g of brown sugar
125 ml of whipping cream (cream or heavy cream)
One teaspoon of salt
60g of butter
One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Milkshake:
400 g of vanilla ice cream of your choice
150 ml of milk of your choice
2 tablespoons of Choco Choco®
50 g salted caramel sauce

PREPARATION:
Caramel syrup:
1. Melt the butter in a bowl over low heat.
2. When it is completely melted, add the 100 g of brown sugar, the 125 g of cream (whipped cream), and the teaspoon of salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients and keep simmering until boiling.
4. After this, bring your caramel to medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. After this time you should remove from the heat and add the teaspoon of vanilla and let it warm.

Milkshake:
1. In your blender, add the milk and the two tablespoons of Choco Choco®.
2. Mix until both ingredients are incorporated.
3. When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the 400 g of vanilla ice cream and the caramel.
4. You should mix until you get a creamy mixture. I recommend you taste the mix before serving. If you want a lighter shake, add a little more milk, but if you want to intensify the caramel flavor, add a few more drops.
6. If you want to surprise your children with a super cold drink, place the glasses or glass containers in the freezer for about 15 min.
7. When the containers are sufficiently cold, proceed to serve the milkshake and decorate with a little whipped cream, caramel, walnuts, almonds, anything!

Choco-mint shake

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of Choco Choco®
½ cup of milk of your choice
150 g of yogurt of your choice
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract

PREPARATION:
This smoothie is super-rich and fast. You will only need to incorporate all the ingredients mentioned in your blender. When they are all inside, mix until you achieve a smooth mixture. If your kids love the chocolate flavor of Choco Choco®, you can add an extra scoop. If they are fans of fresh flavors, we recommend adding 1 to 2 little drops of this extract.
In this recipe, you can not miss the ice. These can be incorporated according to your preference: either at the time of mixing or when serving.
To decorate, you can place a small mint leaf, and sprinkle a little Choco Choco® on top. What a treat!
