Semi-bitter Brownies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 sticks of butter of 90 g each
1/2 cup of Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate
4 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla
Icing sugar (optional)
Chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the butter and the sugar. Mix well.
2. Add the eggs, flour, Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate, and the baking powder one by one without stopping mixing.
3. When all the ingredients are incorporated, add the nuts and vanilla.
4. Grease a rectangular or square mold with butter and add the mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F for 40 minutes.
6. Take out, let it cool and cut into squares. Decorate with icing glass and chopped walnuts.
7. You can serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

spicy chocolate bread

Spicy chocolate bread​

INGREDIENTS
2.5 Oz of Ibarra Premium™ chocolate
1 cup of flour
1/3 cup of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3 g of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of chilli powder
7 Oz of butter
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of Splenda
4 teaspoons of liquid vanilla

For decorating:
Berries

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F
2. Mix flour, Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and chili powder
3. Sift.
4. Melt the butter
5. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume
6. Slowly, add the mixture of powder and add vanilla
7. Cover a mold of 10×10 in with wax paper, pour the mixture and bake for 30 minutes
8. Check the cooking with a toothpick in the center. If it is clean when you remove it, it means that the bread is well-cooked.
9. Let cool and remove from the mold.
10. Sprinkle with some Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate and a little chili powder; cut to your liking and top with berries.
11. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Cookies

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup of granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
A tablespoon vanilla extract
Two eggs
One teaspoon baking powder
One cup and ⅓ of flour
1/2 cups of Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate
Two cups of chocolate chips
¾ cup of walnuts
Wax paper

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the unsalted butter in a bowl and put it in the mixer until you get a smooth consistency. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to soften.
2. Combine the granulated and brown sugar with the butter, and mix for 3 to 4 minutes until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Later, slowly add the vanilla extract, the two eggs, and the salt. Beat again until everything is well incorporated.
4. Add the baking powder, the flour, and half a cup of Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate to the mixer. Be careful not to leave any lumps in the mixture.
5. Beat until smooth. When you get a uniform dough, add the chocolate chips and nuts. Get ready to surprise your children with this delicious dessert full of love!
6. Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes. I recommend using wax paper for baking.
7. To place the cookie dough in your air fryer, place two tablespoons of the mixture at a distance of 4 cm between each cookie. Don’t forget to flatten the mixture into a circumference.
8. Now, everything is ready to bake! Bake until they are completely golden brown and the chocolate looks melted.
9. Serve and decorate with Ibarra Premium™ Chocolate powder and enjoy with a rich, chocolatey Choco Choco™ glass.
